By using quicklineroadserviceandtire.com or quicklinemobiletire.com (the “Sites”), or by requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Services

Quick Line Road Service LLC provides roadside assistance and mobile tire services — including tire change, battery replacement service, jump starts, vehicle lockout service, fuel delivery, and mobile tire service for passenger vehicles and commercial/heavy-duty trucks — in the service areas described on the Sites, subject to availability.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Prices are given before we roll. For services where starting prices are shown (“from” prices), the final price depends on your vehicle, location, and the work required, and is quoted to you in full on the call before service begins. Mobile tire service pricing is quoted on the call and depends on the tire size and type required.
• A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide; if conditions at the scene differ materially, we will tell you before doing additional work.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Response times

Any response or arrival time mentioned on the Sites or in our ads is an estimate based on typical conditions. Traffic, weather, distance, and demand can extend arrival times; we do not guarantee a specific arrival time.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate location and vehicle information, to be present (or have an authorized representative present) at the vehicle, and to show you are authorized to request service for the vehicle when asked. You are responsible for your vehicle and belongings during service.

5. Website use

You agree not to misuse the Sites or our phone systems, including by automated scraping, fraudulent or abusive clicking on our advertisements, false service requests, or attempts to interfere with the Sites’ operation. Content on the Sites (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law: our liability arising from a service call is limited to the amount you paid for that service; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing vehicle conditions not caused by our work. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
