Quick Line Road Service LLC (“Quick Line,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Effective date: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites — quicklineroadserviceandtire.com and quicklinemobiletire.com (together, the “Sites”) — or contact us by phone, and how we use and protect that information.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you give us. When you call us or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, vehicle details, your location (so we can reach you), and the service details you describe. If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on the Sites.
b) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites, our servers and tools automatically record:
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen details;
- Pages you viewed, links you clicked, and the date and time of your visit;
- Referring pages and advertising identifiers, including the Google click identifier (gclid) when you arrive from one of our ads;
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 3.
c) Call tracking data. Phone numbers shown on the Sites and in our ads may route through call-tracking technology (including Google Ads call reporting). We and Google may log the caller’s number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and which page or ad led to it, so we can measure advertising performance and service quality.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and dispatch the roadside or mobile tire service you request;
- Give you a price quote and complete your transaction;
- Measure and improve our advertising, including measuring which ads and pages lead to calls;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse — including invalid or abusive ad clicking and misuse of the Sites — using server log data such as IP addresses, timestamps, and visit patterns;
- Protect the security of the Sites and our systems;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Cookies and advertising technologies
The Sites and our advertising use cookies and similar technologies, including the Google tag and Google Ads conversion and call tracking. These allow us and Google to:
- Remember basic site functionality and preferences;
- Understand how visitors use the Sites;
- Measure conversions (such as phone calls) from our ads;
- Serve and measure ads on Google and other platforms, and limit how often you see the same ad.
You can control cookies in your browser settings and delete them at any time. You can manage how Google uses your data for ads at Google Ads Settings (myadcenter.google.com) and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Sites or calling us.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the Sites and our advertising (such as our web host and Google), under their own privacy terms;
- With payment processors, to complete a transaction;
- When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public;
- In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention and security
We keep call and log records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business; no internet transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the details below. Depending on your state of residence (including under California law, where applicable), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we honor verified requests as required by applicable law. We do not respond differently to you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Children’s privacy
The Sites are intended for drivers and vehicle owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and will delete such information if we learn of it.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the current version will be posted on the Sites with its effective date.
